Trans Model Alex Consani Returns to the Victoria's Secret Runway in Two Looks

Trans model Alex Consani returned to the Victoria's Secret runway for a third year in a row, having debuted in 2024 and walked again in 2025. The 23-year-old wore a baby pink lingerie set with a striped cape and train, then a black lace bodysuit with huge golden wings. Consani, the first trans model to win Model of the Year at the Fashion Awards in 2024, also appears in American Horror Story: 13 as witch Morwenna.
