The 2026 Out100: Shannon Price Minter

Shannon Price Minter, vice president of legal at the National Center for LGBTQ Rights, is named to the 2026 Out100 for nearly three decades of litigation shaping how LGBTQ+ Americans live, work, parent and serve. He helped win a preliminary injunction protecting plaintiffs from the Trump administration's transgender military ban and helped Colorado officials draft revised protections after the Supreme Court's Chiles v. Salazar decision. Time also named him to its 2026 Time100.
