New Jersey school board drops trans student privacy policy to settle Moms for Liberty lawsuit

The School District of the Chathams board approved a settlement on October 12 in a lawsuit brought by Moms for Liberty, dropping a policy that let transgender students choose the names and pronouns used at school and gave counselors a role in deciding whether parents would be involved.
